Assailants Broke into Home of President's Political Adviser
Unknown assailants broke into the residence of the president's political adviser ex-MP Nazem Khoury in Beirut's Ramlet al-Baida area damaging property.
Members of the judicial police and security services are investigating the attack.

Khoury told the Central News Agency that on Thursday he tried to open the door of the apartment but he wasn't able to do so. He returned the next day and was surprised to see that the apartment was vandalized.

"I don't know if the assailants wanted to steal anything because until now I didn't find anything missing. I am also not sure if this was a political message. Let us wait for the results of the investigation," he said.
