Judge Sawan Interrogates Fatah al-Islam Detainees
Military Examining Magistrate Fadi Sawan questioned five Fatah al-Islam militants, who have been accused of planning to carry out terrorist activities, and issued arrest warrants against them, the National News Agency reported Tuesday.
NNA said the five terrorists were seized in south Lebanon for belonging to an armed organization and planning to carry out terrorist activities and making bombs.

Sawan also issued an arrest warrant against Palestinian national Ali al-Far for the same crime.

The judge will question on Wednesday Wissam Thaybish, who reportedly is involved in the 1999 assassination of four Lebanese judges at Sidon's Justice Palace.
