Inmate Who Fled Hospital Arrested

Security forces on Thursday managed to re-capture Hisham Ali Wehbe, one of two Roumieh prison inmates who escaped from hospital earlier this week.
Media reports said troops found Wehbe hiding in a residential complex in Ain Bourday near Baalbek.

They said Wehbe was taken by surprise when troops raided his apartment while lying on bed with a Kalashnikov beside him.

Security forces were still in hunt for a second inmate, Ali Hussein al-Sahili, who escaped together with Wehbe from Naufal Hospital in Beirut early Monday.
