Administrative Appointments High on Cabinet Agendas
Administrative appointments will be tackled by the cabinet on Wednesday and Thursday – the first session will be held at the Grand Serail and the second at Baabda palace.
During Wednesday's session under Premier Saad Hariri, the cabinet is expected to appoint members of the judicial council.

As for Thursday's cabinet meeting that will be headed by President Michel Suleiman, it would discuss a mechanism for administrative appointments, according to Minister of Administrative Reform Mohammed Fneish.

"There won't be any administrative appointments on its (cabinet's) agenda," he said.

Ministerial sources told As Safir daily that the council of ministers would most probably task Fneish with preparing the mechanism following discussions and the suggestions of ministers.
