Gemayel, after casting his vote in the elections on Sunday, said that the "candidate for the elections backed by March 14 offers a comprehensive reform program for the association. We congratulate the winners, whoever they might be, in advance because they all are fully capable and qualified," added Gemayel.

"Phalange party and March 14 share the same objectives and principles. We are sure that the existing cooperation between us on the level of association elections or other objectives will not be altered by the concurrent events," Gemayel concluded.
