Iran Assures Nasrallah Disarming Hizbullah is 'Mirage'

Iran has assured Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah that Hizbullah's disarmament in Lebanon is a 'mirage' despite pressures exerted on the Beirut government by the United Nations and the West.
This assurance was extended during meetings Hizbullah's visiting Secretary-General held with Iran's Supreme Guide Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, outgoing President Mohammad Khatami and newly elected President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Iran's official news agency IRNA reported.

"Resistance of aggression is the primary cause of the Party of God," Nasrallah told reporters after the meetings. "But we are flexible and tolerant on the domestic level and willing to cooperate with other forces in the country."
