Army Arrests Syrians for Illegal Entry
The army announced on Monday that it has arrested 29 Syrians in the eastern Bekaa valley for trying to infiltrate Lebanese territories.
A military communique said the Syrians were apprehended in the border region of al-Swairi.
They were handed over to the involved authorities to take the necessary action against them, added the communique.
The army has taken strong measures on the border with Syria to stop the infiltration of gunmen and refugees.
