Nabatiyeh Women Arrest Jewelry Thief
Several women in Nabatiyeh caught a thief on Wednesday after he robbed one of their neighbors, the National News Agency reported.
NNA said that a 29-year-old Syrian entered a woman’s house in Ain al-Jamal neighborhood in Zebdine and asked her for food.
While the woman was preparing food for him, he stole her jewelry and was on the verge of escaping when she started shouting for help, NNA said.
It added that her neighbors, all of them women, came to her place and arrested the thief, who was later taken into the custody of the Internal Security Forces.
