'Dangerous' IS Militant Arrested in Dahieh
After surveillance and investigations, a patrol from the Directorate General of State Security managed to arrest the Palestinian refugee A.M., one of the most dangerous militants of the Islamic State terror group, media reports said on Wednesday.
"Following further investigations, it turned out that he was wanted by all security agencies in Beirut's southern suburbs,” MTV reported.
Two of his associates had been previously arrested on charges of “forming an IS cell” and “having ties to terrorist fugitives in the Ain el-Hilweh camp,” the TV network added.
