Man Carrying Grenades Arrested outside Tripoli Mosque
A man carrying two hand grenades was arrested Monday outside a mosque in the northern city of Tripoli, state-run National News Agency reported.
The agency said the man, identified as R.Q., was detained by the Internal Security Forces after refusing to be searched.
An investigation has got underway, the agency added.
