British Prime Minister Theresa May warned Thursday that the threat posed by Russia "doesn't respect borders" as she sought solidarity at a EU summit over a nerve agent attack on an ex-spy in England.
"It is clear that the Russian threat doesn't respect borders and indeed the incident in Salisbury was part of a pattern of Russian aggression against Europe and its near neighbors," she told reporters as she arrived in Brussels.
