Bassil Pays Berri ‘Unexpected’ Visit
Caretaker Foreign Minister Jebran Bassil on Tuesday paid Speaker Nabih Berri a “surprise” visit in Ain el-Tineh.
The head of the Free Patriotic Movement’s visit comes ahead of an expected meeting of his Strong Lebanon parliamentary bloc in the afternoon.
According to reports, Bassil will discuss the formation of the government and the possibility of his not participating in the new government.
