Jumblat: 'Titanic' Arab League carrying Syrians to certain drowning
Progressive Socialist Party leader Walid Jumblat on Monday likened the Arab League to a “Titanic ship” that is carrying the Syrian people to “certain drowning.”
“Have they asked the Syrian people whether they want to return to the Arab fold? Of course not,” Jumblat tweeted.
“The regime has been given the legitimacy of action and those who survived torture, prison or displacement will be eliminated by the ‘tender fold,’” he added.
“When have you ever consulted the peoples?” the PSP leader wondered.
