Interview with Brate's Core Team, a Lebanese Startup Launching This Month
Brate is a Lebanese startup that will launch this month.
The team describes it as “a one-stop local search engine aiming to cover a wider universe of outlets”, meaning it enables you to:
- Find outlets and places based on their products and services
- Get the location of the nearest outlet along with the direction to get there
- Find out what your friends and other people think of outlets and what their recommendations on specific items are.
The search engine will work across various industries with the entertainment industry as its first target.
Brate is among the top 50 semifinalists at MITEF Arab Business Plan Competition 2012. (Last week we wrote about another semifinalist, the I – DAW company).
Two weeks ago we met the Brate core team and discussed their idea.
