Four Wounded in Various Security Incidents along Syrian Border on Saturday
One Lebanese citizen was wounded during the rocket fire that targeted al-Buqaia region in Wadi Khaled on Saturday, reported the National News Agency on Sunday.
The rockets fired from the Syrian side of the border landed in the areas near al-Kabir River in Akkar.
Meanwhile, three Syrian refugees were severely wounded in a land mine explosion at the border on Saturday.
They have since been transported to nearby hospitals for treatment.
Saturday’s rocket fire targeted al-Buqaia, eastern al-Dababieyh, and the outskirts of the town of al-Noura.
The fire forced residents to flee the area.
