الجيش يوقف 14 شخصاً بالسبتية ويضبط اسلحة ومخدرات

تمكن الجيش اللبناني من توقيف 14 شخصاً بينهم اربعة سوريون وبحوزتهم اسلحة ومخدرات خلال عملية دهم نفذها في منطقة السبتية يوم الثلاثاء.
وأعلن الجيش في بيان أصدره الاربعاء، ان معلومات توافرت عن وجود عدد كبير من الأشخاص داخل أحد المباني في منطقة السبتية، يشتبه بقيامهم بنشاطات مخلّة بالأمن وبترويج المخدرات.
واثر ذلك، دهمت قوة من الجيش مساء الثلاثاء المبنى وأوقفت 14 شخصاً بينهم 6 أشخاص من التابعية السورية، وضبطت بحوزتهم كمية من المخدرات والأسلحة والذخائر الحربية الخفيفة والقنابل اليدوية.
كما تم ضبط "كمية من الأموال والأعتدة العسكرية وأجهزة الاتصال والتصوير وبطاقات هوية مزورة".
وتم تسليم الموقوفين مع المضبوطات إلى المراجع المعنية وبوشر التحقيق بإشراف القضاء المختص.
من جهتها، أفادت "الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام" انه الى جانب هؤلاء الاشخاص فإن قوة من الجيش ومديرية المخابرات داهمت منزل علي منذر زعيتر الملقب بـ"ابو سلة" في محلة الفنار - الزعيترية، واوقفت شقيقه محمد المطلوب بمذكرات توقيف عدة.
واشارت الى ان ابو سلة هو من اخطر المطلوبين ومن كبار مروجي المخدرات.
