باسيل: اي شكل من أشكال شرعنة المخيمات هو شكل من أشكال التوطين

رأى وزير الخارجية جبران باسيل أن اي شكل من أشكال شرعنة المخيمات السورية هو شكل من أشكال التوطين، داعياً الى ضرورة الإنقاص من عدد اللاجئين السوريين ضمن إطار المواثيق الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.
وأشار باسيل في مؤتمر صحفي تناول فيه ملف النازحين، الجمعة، الى أن لبنان أعطى اللاجئين كل التسهيلات في المجالات كافة، مردفاً أن "موضوع اللاجئين وصل لحد الانفجار".
ودعا الى إنقاص عدد اللاجئين السوريين في لبنان من خلال إقامة مشاريع مشتركة وخطوات لازمة مع المجتمع الدولي، وذلك ضمن إطار حقوق الإنسان والمواثيق الدولية.
وإذ رأى أن المجتمع الدولي لم يتحمل مسؤوليته إزاء ملف اللاجئين في لبنان، لفت باسيل الى أنه هناك حديث عن إنشاء مخيمات سورية في لبنان.
وشدد على أن أي شكل من أشكال شرعنة المخيمات هو شكل من أشكال التوطين.
وأضاف أن الاقتصاد اللبناني بوضع متردي بسبب وجود اللاجئين، مؤكداً أن لبنان يعطي اللاجئين السوريين كهرباء بقيمة 100 مليون دولار شهريا.
وقدرت الامم المتحدة في تقرير صدر عنها الخميس بأن يتجاوز عدد اللاجئين السوريين في لبنان مع نهاية العام الحالي المليون ونصف المليون، اي اكثر من ثلث السكان، محذرة من العبء الثقيل المتزايد الذي يعاني منه اقتصاد البلاد نتيجة ذلك.
واعلن حاكم مصرف لبنان المركزي رياض سلامة في حزيران ان اللاجئين السوريين الذين يستضيفهم لبنان يشكلون عبئا كبيرا على الاقتصاد كلفته المباشرة على الدولة مليار دولار، وغير المباشرة ثلاثة مليارات ونصف مليار دولار.
في ايار، اعلن صندوق النقد الدولي ان البطالة تضاعفت في لبنان بسبب النزاع السوري، وان نسبتها ارتفعت الى عشرين في المئة، مشيرا الى ان نسبة النمو بلغت اثنين في المئة، بمعدل ادنى بكثير عما كانت عليه قبل بداية الازمة السورية حيث قاربت الستة في المئة.

Also Bassil, please explain the link between Refugee Camps and "Nationalization". No one talks about Nationalisation of Syrians.
Having said that, we should find ways to send the syrians back home but Bashar, your partner seems to refuse your ideas of setting up camps along the border. Hezbollah also !
Now, ask you partners Hezbollah, who are stepping all over you and Aoun, to withdraw from Syria and help protect our border against the illegal influx of Syrian refugees.
