الادعاء على فضل شاكر بجرم الاساءة للجيش واثارة النعرات الطائفية

ادعى مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر على الفنان السابق المطلوب فضل شاكر بجرم الاساءة الى الجيش اللبناني.
وتم الادعاء على فضل عبد الرحمن شاكر بجرم إثارة النعرات الطائفية وتعكير صلة لبنان بدولة أخرى عبر فايسبوك والمس بسمعة الجيش.
وأحال صقر، الإدعاء الى قاضي التحقيق العسكري الأول رياض ابو غيدا.
يُذكر ان معارك بين الجيش اللبناني وعناصر الشيخ السلفي احمد الاسير، اندلعت في حزيران 2013 في عبرا في صيدا، وأدت الى سقوط 18 شهيدا و20 جريحاً من الجيش اللبناني، فضلاً عن مقتل أكثر من 20 عنصرا من عناصر الاسير.
ومنذ ذلك الحين اختفى شاكر وسط معلومات عن تواجده داخل مخيم عين الحلوة.
ويعتبر شاكر من اقرب معاوني احمد الاسير. وقد اصدرت السلطات القضائية مذكرات بحث وتحر بحق الرجلين و122 شخصا آخرين في احداث عبرا.
وكان شاكر فنانا معروفا غنى الحب بكل الوانه واحيا حفلات غنائية لا تحصى في بلدان عدة.

for the sake of consistency, Judge Sakr should charge nassrallah of the same offenses/crimes for "tarnishing the ties of Lebanon with another country." and several countries.

pajamas... this guy cheered the death and unprovoked attack on the Lebanese army at a check point in Sidon! 18 LAF were murdered! you think that cheering this attack is not defamation? The LAF is not just a public institution that can be criticised... the LAF is the WATAN! The LAF is Lebanon! Attacking the LAF is attacking the fabric of what Lebanon represents!
