تفاؤل بتسوية الترقيات العسكرية شرط تدخل حريري – سعودي لدى سليمان

عاد منسوب التفاؤل بالإتفاق على تسوية لملف الترقيات العسكرية لينخفض ليلاً بعد نهار ارتفع فيه منسوب التفاؤل في ضوء اللقاءات والإتصالات.
فقد واجهت الصيغة المعدّلة التي تمّ الاتفاق عليها حول الترقيات وآلية اتخاذ القرار الحكومي، مشكلة سياسية ـ تقنية تمثلت في أن ترقية العمداء الى ألوية تتم بتوصية من قائد الجيش وبمرسوم يحمل توقيع وزير الدفاع، وهو التوقيع الذي لا يزال يحجبه الوزير سمير مقبل بطلب من الرئيس ميشال سليمان الذي يرفض الصيغة المطروحة.
وأبلغت أوساط واسعة الاطلاع «السفير» خشيتها من ضياع الفرصة، لافتة الانتباه الى ان السباق مع الوقت بلغ نقطة حساسة، والمطلوب تدخل فوري من الرئيس سعد الحريري او القيادة السعودية لدى سليمان لإقناعه بتسهيل صدور المرسوم وإقرار التسوية، تحت طائلة انهيار الحكومة، لاسيما أن اسبوعاً واحداً تقريباً يفصل عن انتهاء خدمة العميد شامل روكز.
وفي المقابل، ابلغت مصادر مواكبة للاتصالات «السفير» أن احتمال عقد جلسة لمجلس الوزراء، غداً الخميس، قائم ووارد، مشيرة الى ان تسوية الترقيات العسكرية وُضعت على نار حامية، ومن المفترض ان تنضج، إذا صفت النيات.
وعلم أنه عندما ناقش بري أمر التسوية مع عون، قبل انطلاق جلسة الحوار، تمنى الجنرال على رئيس المجلس ألا يطرح الموضوع امامه على طاولة الحوار، لانه لا يريد ان يدخل في بازار حوله، مؤكدا ان المعيار الاساسي لديه هو القانون.
