الحريري: الاسد "وحش" وسيمثل امام العدالة اللبنانية لمشاركته بعمليات الاغتيال

وصف رئيس "تيار المستقبل" النائب سعد الحريري، الرئيس السوري بشار الاسد بـ"الوحش"، مضيفاً انه سيمثل امام العدالة اللبنانية لمشاركته بعمليات الاغتيال والارهاب.
وعلّق في بيان صادر عن مكتبه الاعلامي، الاربعاء، على المذكرات السورية بحقه وبحق النائب عقاب صقر والمتحدث باسم "الجيش السوري الحر" لؤي المقداد، قائلاً "من سخرية القدر أن يتحول الوحش إلى إنسان، ينطق بالعدل ويصدر الأحكام".
وتابع الحريري قائلاً ان "بشار الأسد وحش كامل المواصفات، فقد صلاحيته الأخلاقية والإنسانية والسياسية، وهو مطلوب إلى عدالة الشعب السوري التي سيمثل أمامها عاجلاً أم آجلاً".
كما تابع ان الاسد "سيمثل بالتأكيد أمام العدالة اللبنانية وهو الذي شارك عن سابق إصرار وتصميم في عمليات الاغتيال والإرهاب وإرسال المتفجرات لإثارة الفتن بين اللبنانيين".
وختم البيان، قائلاً "مذكرات التوقيف مردودة لصاحبها بشار الأسد الذي تنتظره أقفاص العدالة لمحاكمته بتهم سفك الدماء في لبنان وفلسطين والعراق وقتل الأطفال وإبادة الشعب السوري".
وكان قد تلقى مكتب الانتربول في قوى الأمن الداخلي عبر الانترنت مساء الثلاثاء من السلطات القضائية السورية مذكرات توقيف بحق الحريري وصقر والمقداد بجريم تسليح "الجيش السوري الحر".
ومساء الثلاثاء، اصدر النائب عقاب صقر بياناً، اعتبر فيه أن "صدور مذكرات التوقيف من قبل سلطة الاسد استنادا الى التسجيلات المزورة والمثبت تزويرها بالدليل القاطع لا يترك اي مجال للشك بان العملية كانت مفبركة ومعدة من الفها الى يائها على ايدي اجهزة المخابرات نفسها التي اعتادت ان ترسم مخططات الاغتيال".
يُشار الى ان مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية القاضي صقر صقر طلب من قاضي التحقيق العسكري رياض أبو غيدا التوسع في ملف النائب والوزير السابق ميشال سماحة الموقوف في قضية نقل متفجرات من سوريا الى لبنان، والاستماع الى مستشارة الرئيس السوري بثينة شعبان كشاهدة، واستجواب المدعى عليه اللواء السوري علي مملوك ولواء في الجيش السوري الذي يدعى "عدنان".
ويُذكر ان القضاء، ادعى في 11 آب الماضي على ملوك وسماحة وعدنان "بجرم تأليف جمعية بقصد ارتكاب الجنايات على الناس والاموال والنيل من سلطة الدولة وهيبتها واثارة الاقتتال الطائفي عبر القيام باعمال ارهابية بواسطة عبوات ناسفة تولى سماحة نقلها وتخزينها بعد ان جهزت من مملوك وعدنان".

The only solution is for Iran n Saudi to make peace. It's the only way for this Sunni/shi3a thing to end. I honestly can NOT see how this can happen, given America's interest in the M.E., but something should be done.

Assad's fate should be left to the tender mercies of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon in The Hague. He is an amoral man who kills without conscience. But this is not good for Hariri to take this attitude. Lebanon needs to move forward and let the STL deal with the bloody past. To obscess over Assad and what he and his father did to Lebanon is to keep open a bloody wound that needs to be mended and healed.
There is a real danger that the Sunni who will have disposed of Assad in Syria will come to Lebanon looking for more blood to spill among our Lebanese Shia for having supported Hezbollah as an ally of Assad. Talk like this from Hariri gives such blood lust justification and license. We must protect all of our Lebanese people from the jolt that will come when Assad falls in Syria.

Yup, my sister ( I was too young) back then sometimes in the 90s spoke with ex President Amine Gemayel during a visit outside France in the city I live in. He said to her in front of several people that Bachir's killer was Syria. He was already fighting the Assads yet he fortunately survived. Im glad you are starting to finaly acknowledge that it is a revolution not a conspiracy, do not worry, the effect of hariri, saqr, etc on this great revolution is differential. The 'foreigners' in the rebels are less than 10 percent by all objective accounts. It is the lengthy genocids and the blatant support of iran and hizbala for bashar that invited non syrians to the battle field: put urself for 1 min in the people's shoes, they would welcome any help against the tyrant. There is no interest for the she3a brothers to make enemies with millions of sunis for bashar's eyes, and it is time for th she3a community to ask its leadership to correct course, we all want to live in peace.
