رشاد سلامة يؤكد أن مهمة الدفاع عن فنيش قد أوكلت اليه: تقدمت من القاضي باستدعاء لتعيين موعد قريب للجلسة

أكد المحامي رشاد سلامة أنه "قد أوكل اليه أخيراً مهمة الدفاع عن عبد اللطيف فنيش المدعى عليه بتزوير الشهادات المخبرية للمستحضرات الطبية".
وأكد سلامة في حديث لصحيفة "الحياة" نشر الجمعة انه " أوكل اليه أخيراً مهمة الدفاع عن عبداللطيف فنيش الملقب بـ محمود والمدعى عليه غيابياً بتزوير الشهادات المخبرية للمستحضرات الطبية،عنه"، متمنياً "على قاضي التحقيق الأول المكلف بهذا الملف تعيين موعد قريب لمثول موكله أمامه".
ورداً على سؤال توكله عن فنيش وهو ملاحق غيابياً، أجاب سلامة أنه "تقدم من القاضي باستدعاء لتعيين موعد قريب للجلسة"، مضيفاً "سأحضر أنا وموكلي ليدلي بأقواله أمامه ويعود له اتخاذ القرار النهائي".
والأسبوع الفائت، إدعت النيابة العامة على شقيق وزير الدولة لشؤون التنمية الإدارية محمد فنيش بجرم تزوير الادوية.
وقالت قناة "الجديد" مساء السبت أنه "إدعت النيابة العامة على عبد اللطيف فنيش شقيق الوزير محمد فنيش بجرم تزوير الادوية".
وفي 13 تشرين الثاني الفائت أصدر النائب العام التمييزي القاضي حاتم ماضي بلاغ بحث وتحر بملف الادوية المزورة في حق كل من: عبد اللطيف عبد المطلب فنيش المعروف بإسم محمود، وفؤاد احمد وهبي، وعممه على كل الاجهزة الامنية.
وكان قد علق الوزير فنيش على تورط أخيه بالقول "بعدما بلغني أن هناك احتمالا لتورط أحد أشقائي بقضية تزور شهادات تحليل مخبرية، وتوقيع الوزير لبعض أصناف الأدوية الطبية، فإن ما يهمني التأكيد عليه، أن هذا الأمر منوط بالإدارة المعنية والقضاء، لاتخاذ كل التدابير الإدارية والقضائية في حال ثبوت التهمة".
من جهته شدد رئيس الجمهورية ميشال سليمان على وجوب عدم التساهل على الاطلاق مع المرتكبين الذين بلغت وقاحتهم حد التلاعب بصحة المواطن من دون اي رادع من اخلاق او ضمير طالباً من وزير الصحة علي حسن خليل الذهاب في الموضوع الى النهاية من خلال القضاء.
أما خليل فأكد حينها ان "جميع الأدوية المشبوهة سحبت من الأسواق وتخضع للرقابة المشددة حتى إعادتها إلى الجهات التي صدّرتها إلى البلد" نافيا أي علاقة لحركة "أمل" بالأمر.
إلا ان رئيس لجنة الصحة النيابية عاطف مجدلاني كشف منذ ثلاثة أيام أن "الادوية المزورة ما زالت في لبنان" كاشفا أن الجامعة العربية تقدمت منذ 10 أبام "بضم لائحة الى الملف ب376 تحليلا مزورا جديدا ل376 دواء، لكي يصبح المجموع نحو 480 دواء، وذلك على مدى 3 سنوات 2010 - 2011 - 2012".
