"هيومان رايتس ووتش" تطالب بتحقيق في مقتل نادر البيومي في مستشفى عسكري بعد اشتباكات صيدا

طالبت منظمة "هيومان رايتس ووتش" الناشطة في مجال الدفاع عن حقوق الانسان الجمعة باجراء تحقيق مستقل في معلومات عن مقتل شاب "تحت التعذيب" بعد تسليم نفسه الى الجيش اللبناني خلال المعركة بين الجيش وأنصار الشيخ أحمد الأسير في صيدا.
وقال مدير مكتب لبنان في هيومان رايتس ووتش نديم حوري في اتصال هاتفي مع وكالة فرانس برس ان المنظمة تلقت اتصالا من عائلة الشاب نادر البيومي اكدت فيها ان ابنها "كان لا يزال على قيد الحياة عندما انتهت المعركة بعد ظهر الاثنين" الماضي، ولم تعرف عنه شيئا بعد ذلك حتى تلقت اتصالا من المستشفى العسكري لتسلم جثته.
وشدد على ضرورة "اجراء تحقيق قضائي في ظروف وفاة هذا الشاب".
كما اشار الى وجوب اجراء "تحقيق قضائي مستقل" في كل الانتهاكات التي نسبت الى الجيش، معتبرا ان "التحقيق العسكري غير كاف".
وذكرت مصادر امنية ان القوى الامنية اوقفت عشرات الاشخاص للتحقيق معهم في احتمال ارتباطهم باحمد الاسير المتواري عن الانظار.
وكانت هيئة العلماء المسلمين نشرت على صفحتها على موقع "فيسبوك" على الانترنت صورا لجثة البيومي التي تحمل آثار ضرب وتعذيب في مختلف انحاء جسده، مع عبارة "الشهيد نادر البيومي سلّم نفسه فتم تسليمه جثة هامدة بسبب التعذيب".

Let us not forget how we ended up here...Hizbollah rented Apartments in Saida and got this guy Assir out of Nowhere to arm up and face them on TV day in and day out...When Assir's followers were singled out and arrested yet the armed Apartment tenants played the game of freedom of living anywhere and innocents, Assir's follower defended themselves and attacked the wrong side. Once the 18 Leb. soldiers were dead then the Apartments were vacated.(i.e. 2006 deja vu)
