توقيف عسكريين متورطين بالتعرض لأحد الموقوفين في أحداث عبرا

أوقف الجيش العسكريين الذين تعرضوا بالضرب لأحد الموقوفين خلال حوادث عبرا في مدينة صيدا، مؤكدا ان سيتخذ "أقصى العقوبات بحق المتورطين".
وأعلنت قيادة الجيش مديرية التوجيه في بيان صارد عنها اليوم السبت أنها "باشرت إزاء المشاهد التي تناقلها بعض المواقع الالكترونية حول تعرض عدد من العسكريين لأحد الموقوفين في حادث عبرا بالضرب والإهانة، بإجراء تحقيق حول الموضوع".
وقالت القيادة انها ، "أوقفت العسكريين أصحاب العلاقة".
واكدت انها "بصدد اتخاذ أقصى العقوبات المسلكية والتأديبية بحق المتورطين"،مشددة على انها لن تغض
الطرف عن أي مخالفةٍ من هذا النوع، بصرف النظر عن ظروفها وأماكن حصولها".
وكان الجيش أوقف في وقت سابق مجموعة عسكرية مسؤولة عن ضرب أحد المدنيين في صيدا، وأحالها الى التحقيق، بعدما إنتشر فيديو على موقع "اليوتيوب" وتناقله المواطنون على شبكات التواصل الإجتماعي يظهر فيه جنود مفترضين من الجيش اللبناني يركلون أحد العناصر المناصرين لإمام مسجد بلال بن رباح في صيدا.
وفي هذا السياق تطالب ىمنظمة "هيومان رايتس ووتش" الناشطة في مجال الدفاع عن حقوق الانسان الجمعة باجراء تحقيق مستقل في معلومات عن مقتل الشاب نادر البيومي الذي قضى"تحت التعذيب" بعد تسليم نفسه الى الجيش اللبناني خلال المعركة بين الجيش وأنصار الشيخ أحمد الأسير في صيدا.
وولقد شهدت مدينة صيدا اشتباكات دامية بين الجيش ومسلحي الشيخ أحمد الاسير ، استشهد خلالها 17 عسكريا، فيما قتل أكثر من 20 من مناصري الأخير بحسب معلومات غير رسمية.
يشار الى أن الاسير ظهر في فيديو منذ أيام ، معلنا أن هناك قرارا مسبقا "بقتله" من قبل الجيش من خلال "افتعال" معركة قادها حزب الله.

f.t, HA and the LAF are like day and night. What is seen in the video is HA and Syrian army (Shabiha) practices. The LAF are on higher ground than that and if any elements within them were involved, they did right turning them in. We are proud of our LAF and this is why we want HA to disappear.

Like in any combating army in the world, such isolated mistakes occurred. And as u can see, the army is acting responsibly by arresting the soldiers that acted unlawfully.

Armies, around the world, are not trained in public relations. I personally identify more with the shoulders than asirs group.
But my problems are the obvious... Y didn't they investigate the appts? Y aren't they setting up check points in da7yi? Y is the state only strong against any non-Syria aligned groups? ...

I am with the LAF when they fight Asir and later when they fight HA (but not for the abuse seen in this video, leave such barbaric practices for HA, and the Syrian army/shabiha).

If you tell me that you side with the LAF in all cases (including when they go against HA), then we are on the same page.
If you believe committing abuse (such as in the video) should be punished, then again we are on the same page.
The rest of it, whether it is infiltration by HA or simply rage behavior by individuals soldiers is just details and neither of us know which it is. The important thing is proper punishment for the perpetrator(s).

It must be the same group of soldiers that were sent to watch the killing of the SHi3a protester in front of the Iranian Embassy.
The LAF are the only institution left to face HA so Hezb is doing all it can to discredit the army and give it an ugly image so they may prevail.

Hopefully these guys will pay for their inhumanity but I have little faith. Whatever happened to those soldiers who killed the sheikh for not stopping at a checkpoint? I have a feeling these guys will most likely just get kicked out of the army only to join the Hizzies. Show us the video of the 18 killed & 50 plus injured maimed members' of the LAF committed by Assir & his warped supporters ! Even though I do not applaud this beating, what these soldiers had just witnessed charred & dismembered bodies of their fellow comrades this terrorist was lucky enough to get away with a few cane or two just what a good father would do to his son if he stole from anyone which is called "disciplined " so that his child would not grow up & commit himself into a life of crime like the one we just saw , orouf oruf ourf , where was these murderers' fathers to " discipline " them when they were young before committing an ultimate sin of a deadly crime? FACT: No human in their right mind will condone such atrocities committed by the Lebanese soldiers torturing and murdering potential criminals regardless of their origin, affiliation, or purpose.
I beg of you stop this bickering, stop this insane outrageous accusations. You are taking this country down a road no one will be safe in. But let us bring to this equation from one of the most fairest & notable nations on earth...Australia !! The Australian Government have just recently charged their 6 of special opps. Soldiers in connection of murdering an Afghanistan innocent families, ( grandfathers, fathers, grandmothers, mothers, children as well as grandchildren ! Shot in cold blood ! In the middle of the night , did you hear about that ? Well they have ( ie families of the murdered ) been compensated in the millions ! $$$$$$$$$$$ ! But what did our LAF do ? Murder ? No ! Defend Yes! A cane or two that does not harm you !
