The Saudi Royal Diwan and the Baabda Palace are discussing the timing of an upcoming visit for President Michel Suleiman to Riyadh a month after it was postponed for unclear reasons.

According to As Safir newspaper published on Friday, Suleiman is considering if he will be able to head to Saudi Arabia at the beginning of November.

Media reports said that the hopes for a breakthrough in the 30-year estrangement between the U.S. and Iran had an impact on Suleiman's Gulf tour

Suleiman was scheduled to travel to Saudi Arabia at the end of September.

His visit to the United Arab Emirates was also postponed, however, the Baabda Palace said that reports about his visit to UAE were mere media speculations, pointing out that the two countries are setting a date that would be announced later.

I was once proud of this President. I also, at one time, believed in Santa Clause...

Didn't you just say it? You know it well apparently.

Mr. Nasrallah is not my leader.
I only follow God's orders.
One of God's demands was not allow your lands to be occupied by foreign aggressors. If my Nasrallah's organization are the only ones willing to follow God's orders, then all the power to them.

then you should also fight against syria that has also stolen lands from lebanon... why do you think they REFUSE to map the borders? LOL

Thumb mr.black 01 November 2013, 23:32

@peace
You do realize there were no borders until the French and British craved out the Middle East after World War 1?
Please remember these things before making these kind of accusations.
If you want to talk about stolen land, look no further than Palestine.

Missing peace 01 November 2013, 23:58

it is up to the palestinians to free their lands , not the lebanese.... who asked hezbi to interfere in their matters? LOL

Missing peace 01 November 2013, 23:59

"Please remember these things before making these kind of accusations."

lebanon is now an independant and sovereign country with borders... syria and israel have both stolen lands... so they are both enemies...

@mr.trebek
I am sorry that God seems to be a joking matter to you, but it is not for me. Please refrain from involving God in your attempts to be comical.

You would be tolerable if you were even remotely funny, but your not.

I agree. Being with the Hizb is such a pleasure. Noone can be more pleasant than MP Raad huffing and puffing or hearing threats how M8 will paralyze the country at best or stage a coup if a government is formed not to is liking. You want lebanon to be high and proud, let us build a real country. A place where a militia dictates to the state is not a real country and is a recipe for disaster.
