Regarding the murder of Samer Hanna, it's still a murder and your killer is running free like all other Hezbollah killers who were ordered to kill and assassinate politicians, journalists, ISF and Army men.

nasrallah didn't put a red line on going after fath el islam, he warned against the consequences on palestinian civilians. and he was right, they ended up paying a huge toll, in death and total destruction of their camp. until today it has not been rebuilt, and they are refugees for the second time!

Otherwise, he received an order to shoot at anything in the air including Lebanese helicopters and their pilots. In both cases, he enjoyed political cover ! Had it been any other party, the killer would have been jailed.
