The death toll in the double suicide bombing that rocked Beirut's southern suburbs earlier this week rose to 11 as an Ethiopian woman succumbed to her injuries on Friday.

The Ethiopian domestic worker was transported to Rafik Hariri state hospital on Wednesday after two powerful blasts targeted an Iranian cultural center in the neighborhood of Bir Hassan.

But the state-run National News Agency announced that she died on Friday.

On Wednesday, the health ministry had put the toll at six, with 129 people injured in the attack, which was claimed by the Abdullah Azzam Brigades, a jihadist group with links to al-Qaida.

The cultural center is located in the same neighborhood as the Iranian embassy, which was hit by a double suicide bombing in November, also claimed by the Brigades.

Meanwhile, investigation is still ongoing to identify the second suicide bomber after DNA tests confirmed on Thursday that Nidal al-Mghayyar was one of the attackers.

“State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr ordered handing over the bodies of 6 victims to their families after forensic doctors conducted the necessary DNA tests and confirmed their identities,” the NNA said.

"As for the second suicide bomber behind the attack, investigation is still ongoing to reveal his identity.”

Is it 11 humans, or does it include the terrorists? In any case, may the innocents rest in peace.
And may geha open his eyes and realize that neither the Ethiopian woman, nor the police officer who died (among others) were secretly "iranian ninja guards" as he imagines, and the he stops supporting terrorists.

My brother Mowaten, not that I disrespect your views on this issue, but more so I do understand the predicament in which Hezbollah has fallen into, and has dragged us all into as well. But Hezbollah's situation these days is an unenviable one, it is now truly caught in a quagmire. Even if these days I do accept that we are well into the inevitable, fighting the Takfiris before they get over to us, and believe me, as a hardened LFer, I am not about to retire if ever these satanic Takfiris want to come over, the welcoming party will be more than happy to lay for them the red carpet treatment of their own blood, but your current position still does remind me of the Vietnam days when Johnson kept telling the world that the US was in Indochina to fight the commis before they came over to the US. Well, what happened thereafter? He shouldn't have gone in the first place, and so applies to HA. Well now if it's any comfort, my guns are yours, oiled and we still can aim very well.

What's the root cause analysis of the bomb? Stop interfering with the Neighboring states that is causing more pain and more extremists, those who are dying have families that have just become more salafists then last week because of today's pain.
