Military Examining Magistrate Judge Fadi Sawan asked on Tuesday for the death penalty against two Lebanese detainees for belonging to a terrorist organization, the state-run National News Agency reported.

According to NNA, Sawan said in his indictment that Qawsi Moussa and Hussein Berri should be executed for belonging to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).

The judge accused them of plotting terrorist attacks, killing and attempting to murder soldiers in operations in the area of Wadi Khaled in the northern district of Akkar, the agency said.

Sawan issued arrest warrants against them and referred them to the permanent military court for trial, NNA added.

Let us remember not all Sunni or shi3a are terrorists. Take the moderate Sheikh al ameen who disagrees with Iran militia in Lebanon. Those that car bomb and assassinate Lebanese politicians are not Lebanese and serve a foreign imperliasm regime in Syria and Iran to sustain the terror hegemony similar to the Jewish state that terrorize the West Bank.

Let justice be done. If the inculcation is done beyond all reasonable doubts, then let them face their fate. May the time come when everyone in Lebanon lives under the law, and not above it.
