Rocket from Syria Hits Israel-held Golan

A rocket fired from Syria hit the Israeli-occupied sector of the Golan Heights on Sunday, falling on open ground and causing no casualties, an Israeli army spokeswoman told Agence France Presse.

"The assumption is that it was not a stray," she said, although there was no immediate report of Israeli retaliation.

Al-Arabiya television said Israel was mulling a possible response to the rocket fire.

The development comes in the wake of recent rocket attacks from southern Lebanon against areas in northern Israel, which apparently were carried out in solidarity with the Gaza Strip.

At least 166 Palestinians have been killed and another 1,120 wounded in a major Israeli offensive against the Gaza Strip, which Tel Aviv says is aimed at halting rocket attacks from the Palestinian enclave.

let me tell you what is NOT a cowardly act:

56 minutes ago Lebanese security source to AFP: A Hizbullah member was killed and 12 others wounded in clashes with Syrian rebels in the border area between Arsal and Qalamoun.

Of course cowardly, now lemme explain to you the meaning of heroism. Heroism is for 40 years actively protecting the Israelis inside the occupied Golan from the Syrian side of the border. Heroism is using weapons brought to liberate said occupied Golan to destroy the Zionist cities and town of Zahleh, Achrafieh, Ain el Rimeneh, Baabda, Qnate, Tripoli, Sidon, Alley etc and murder as many civilians living there as possible. Heroism is murdering intellectuals, journalists, activists, leaders and regular citizens opposed to the annexation of the territory commonly known as Lebanon that was stolen from the motherland by the colonial Zionist imperialist powers. Heroism is a big demonstration of thanks and appreciation for the heroic leader who committed this heroism. I hope this clears up any future confusion as to what constitutes heroism.
