Jumblat Meets March 14 Figures, Agrees with Most of Their Positions

إقرأ هذا الخبر بالعربية W460

Progressive Socialist Party leader MP Walid Jumblat has been holding meetings with a number of high-ranking March 14 officials, during which his views have coincided with theirs, reported the Central News Agency on Wednesday.

Sources told the agency that the last of these meetings was held at the residence of one of these figures and it stressed the importance of adhering to centrism during the current phase the country is going through.

The sources said that the MP informed his former allies that he agrees with their views.

Jumblat had broken away from the March 14 camp on August 2, 2009.

Earlier this year, on January 21, he announced his “steady support for Syria and the Resistance in order for the democratic game to take its course in Lebanon away from sectarian alliances.”

On January 24, during the period of parliamentary consultations to elect a new premier, he announced the dissolution of the Democratic Gathering bloc and the formation of the National Struggle Front, which later nominated Najib Miqati to the premiership.

Huh?

PLEASE explain what...

... sources told the agency that the last of these meetings was held at the residence of one of these figures and IT STRESSED the importance of ADHERING TO CENTRISM during the current phase the country is going through.

then:

... the sources said that the MP informed his former allies that he agrees with their views.

Is it CENTRISM or is it EXTREMISM? Who is where and since when and why?

The only point that these farts agree on is whatever serves their own, narrow selfish interests at the expense of the interests of the decent Lebanese. PERIOD. In any case, I cannot fathom how anyone can still deal with this snake. My only explanation is they all are up to their ears in filth and disregard for the decent Lebanese. mabroukin la ba3edkon ya mejwiyin

He knows ASSad is finished soon, and then M8 will fall. The wind is changing.

Thumb Marc 28 September 2011, 21:00

if any of you read the PSP website, you would have noticed that most of the writers didn't change their tone after Aug. 2009 and they kept talking as if they are still in M14 . . . So, did he really leave M14 or just went for a walk??

Thumb jabalamel 28 September 2011, 23:20

march 14: feel free to take him back.

his father is turning in his grave

Bigdig If you had just looked at Abdallah Farhat in the picture, you, d realise it had been taken the days when he was still sitting in Parliament as an MP, you' d have realised this is only an illustration from the archives, and that no guessing whatsoever can be drawn from it ! But I guess that' s an attitude towards any argument you develop insn't ? Start with the conclusion, and work backwards to proove your case!

I like it when the same people have been predicting for a loooooooooong time (let's say for at least 5 years now) that "ASSad" (their spelling) is finished soon!!! It seems that these "predictors" will be the ones to be finished sooner than their "ASSad." I do not know if I should ridicule them or have pity on them for being dumb retards who never learned and have no hope whatsoever to learn. After all, it has been five years and they keep saying SOON. Stop it SOON before the joke becomes TOO DAMN LAME.

He's BAAAAAAAAACCCKK!

Now, if we can hold on to him for long enough, all we need to do is convince Nabih Berri and Amal to join the M14 fold and completely isolate Hezbollah-Aoun alliance and the patriotic Lebanese shall rise and the Farsi speaking traitors will be left behind.

WE WANT AMAL AND PSP IN M14 TO ISOLATE HEZBOLLAH AND AOUN.

AMAL SHOULD RETURN TO THEIR RIGHTFUL PLACE AS A LEBANESE PARTY (unlike Farsi Hezbollah) and Berri will still be relevant!

Thumb canaanite 29 September 2011, 07:01

@jabalamel..

I am reaching out to you as a fellow Lebanese...

Amal originated as a LEBANESE resistance party (unlike Hezbollah as an Iranian party). It has now become nothing more than Hezbollah's play thing. Forget the allure's of the Farsi speaking Persians and put Lebanon first.

Tell Mr Berri he would play the largest of roles in Lebanon's governance if he were to help isolate Hezbollah and he will remain loyal to Lebanon and become relevant again...

Thumb canaanite 29 September 2011, 07:08

AMAL SHOULD JOIN M14.

They should provide the Lebanese Shia an alternative democratic choice.

So long as they are slaves of Hezbollah they will be irrelevant.

Help isolate Hezbollah and the Aounists and Amal would go down as saviours of the country if they were to take such a BRAVE MOVE!

@jabalamel.. do the right thing... BE LEBANESE...

Thumb jabalamel 29 September 2011, 10:17

i see that filthy zionist information war department has learned that flag in my avatar is not hezb'allah but amal and now are trying to create strife inside the shia community.

what the zionist information war department doesn't know is that amal has been founded by musa sadr and hussein al husseiny who was christian.

amal was never concieved as strictly shia party

and i am an atheist, not shia.

anyway, to the zionist information war department member who called me "fellow lebanese" and than started to halucinate about iranians and farsi, there is only one this to say: "forget it"
we lebanese know who is our enemy number one.

Thumb geha 29 September 2011, 10:38

poor Habal!
if he is an atheist amal follower, then he cannot enjoy a drink under hizbusilah! :)

Thumb jabalamel 29 September 2011, 12:06

sure i can...but can you enjoy eating pork under a extremist hebrew fanatics rule?

Thumb thepatriot 29 September 2011, 13:01

is it canaanite or Berri who is "trying to create strife inside the shia community"?? hehehehe....

Thumb thepatriot 29 September 2011, 13:07

@habal... I shall refresh your memory... :-)

"Berri described the idea of an Israeli attack on Hizbullah to weaken its military forces and political role as a “positive development,” cable date July 17, 2006.

"Berri expressed irritation from the prolonged Israeli aggression on Lebanon that might develop some sympathy from the Lebanese towards Hizbullah"

"Berri encouraged a military and a political strike against Hizbullah during the 2006 war"

"Berri described Syrian President Bashar Assad’s speech on Aug. 15, 2006 as “stupid and unreasonable…"

So habal, I know that Wikileaks is either true or BS depending on wether it suits you or not. Hahaha...have a good one habal!

Thumb jabalamel 29 September 2011, 13:44

just to clarify to the readers, some here from zionist information war department are trying to say "berri this berri that" thinking that they can prove something.

however, i'm always talking about our glorious resistance that is bigger than berri, nasrallah and any other person.

I have amal flag only because amal is original resistance movement

Thumb canaanite 29 September 2011, 13:48

@habalamel...

Forget Berri...

I am asking you to join us..! You can be the shining light among the shia...

lol...

Thumb jabalamel 29 September 2011, 15:38

i do not work for mossad.

even if you are not from filthy zionist information war department, but you are from...let's say lebanese fartses...i do not work for them either.

those who do not understand that all our problems starts with zionist entity, and that is my southern tribe who liberated and secured our country on enormous costs, those who do not understand that those people suffered like no other in lebanon...we don't have anything to talk about.

whenever i see comparing with iranians, whenever i see all other sorts of sectarian hate propaganda...for me you are either zionist either traitors.

Missing small.axe 29 September 2011, 16:06

Jabalamel.....

1. Everything you say is lies, that is what you are taught at Propaganda school in Qoms

2. You do not represent Southern Lebanese, you are posting from Tehran

3. You are not atheist, you are Shia

4. You are not Amal supporter, you are a Persian-Propagandist Hezbollah supporter

5. All Southern Lebanese are not Iranian Propagandists, only those who post pro-Iranian comments 24/7 on an M14 leaning website

Thumb jabalamel 29 September 2011, 16:25

sure...whatever makes you happy

you guys from Al Fanar have good fun?

of course one needs to be lebanese to know what al fanar is.
