The main topic of the discussion was: What do we do when ASSad gets overthrown and the money and arms stop flowing over the border?

I assume they just agreed to change the political dynamics in the middle east.Franjieh must see himself as a mover and shaker.

Oh S. Who are we going to be allied with if Bashar is gone? or to be nice to the latter if a 30yrs war has hit the shaqiqa?
Every Lebanese should open his doors for the citizens running away from the regime of Bashar. Anyone who has work to do (i.e. Olives season) should use the syrian workers to help them survive against the terrorist regime. No one should purchase any Chicklets Gum from the metwali at the traffic stop in downtown beirut since Berri is bringing back lots of money from Iran.

the filthy zionist information war department still refuses to realize the facts on the ground and still live in halucinations of assad being removed any minute now, just a matter of days...week...look half of year passed...but illusions go on....

let's face it: Franjieh is a puppet in the syrian regime's hands. This is not a secret; everyone know it. What amazes me though is that he's now become a puppet in the hands of Huzbullah. I am not against Huzbullah at all. I do believe they liberated the south and had done many good things in lebanon. what I am against is their usage of power within Lebanon which is likely to result in a regime tantamount to the one in Syria, if this regime remains in power. In this way, Lebanon as a semi democratic country will seize to exist as Huzbullah will take all its kep areas and put it all under his control. Did not we see the destruction of Almustaqbal tv station and the taking of beirut by them. I do believe that lebanon should be governed by a new wave of people with new ideas that promote advancement not destruction; peace not war, diversity not oneness. Only by taking the matter in our hands as people can we change this country. God bless lebanon with all its people.
