Italian Cup Final to Feature Goal-Line Technology
Goal-line technology will be used for the Italian Cup final between Juventus and Lazio on June 7, the Italian league president Maurizio Beretta announced on Friday.
"Negotiations are in an advanced stage with the firm Hawk Eye for the goal-line technology that will be operational for the Italian Cup final this season," Beretta confirmed.
The system was a great success at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil where it featured at a major tournament for the first time, while it will also be place for the women's World Cup this summer in Canada.
