Muqdad Clan Members Block Dahiyeh Roads over Lassa Building Violation

Members of the al-Muqdad family on Sunday blocked with burning tires several key roads in Beirut’s southern suburbs, “after the Internal Security Forces suppressed a construction violation in the town of Lassa in the barren mountains of Jbeil and arrested a member of the family,” state-run National News Agency reported.

A few hours later, “a joint army-ISF unit managed to reopen roads in al-Msharrafiyeh, Ghobeiri and Mar Mkhayel and the Hadi Nasrallah Highway, as civil defense crews doused the burning tires and removed them from the streets,” NNA said.

“Security forces are pursuing the individuals responsible for the blocking of roads” in order to refer them to the relevant judicial authorities, the agency added.

Thugs, a bunch of zaaran!

What is more sickening is the Moqdad thug who was arrested in Lassa was released! He refused to sign an undertaking not to build on the Patriarchate land.... What is more interesting is Hizb of thugs was negotiation on behalf of the Moqdad scums to open the roads. This is the definition of a failed State and the power of the statelet over government institutions. We don't want resistance, we don't want Hizb of thugs, and we don't want these so called ashraf al nass telling us how to live. A real revolution is needed to cleanse Lebanon of this filth. We need public executions to set examples for these thugs who under the pretext of resistance have violated and raped our country.

Time for a real resistance

to those who say"clearly it has nothing to do with hizb of thugs".... do you read news....? Who is providing political coverage and armed coverage for these thugs? I bet it is not Mustaqbal or the Lebanese Forces or any other political party other than your darling shiite party! The tinted glass 4x4s that appear in Lass with armed thugs in them, do they belong to the ISF? When a delegation of your Hizb of thugs goes to meet Al Rahi to discuss the issue of Lassa, does that mean anything to you about who is involved here! Stop being so defensive.... wake up and smell the coffee and for once admit that your ashraf al nass are a bunch of thugs low life scum bags who have no respect for the law.

@mowaten
Keep your "sectarian" complex to yourself, and stop using this pathetic argument as an excuse!

@mowaten
You're even more brilliant when you're defensive!

we all know that hezbollah respect the laws and obey the state... they are the only party to follow the state constitution and never harmed anyone in lebanon.
their followers are disciplined and would never do anything against the law...

so stop accusing them, they are only poor victims of an enormous divine plot against them.
those who burnt tires to protest are a bunch of sionists trying to stain the reputation of the divine party...

How do you expect some people who lived during 25 years apart of the law to accepts any kind of law?

They are encouraged to don't pay electricity, to steal cars , to put bombs as in Antelias, to commit crimes, to build inside public lands, and to steal private lands...

They are against any justice and they work to weaken any governement.
