Cameroon Extends Ban on Full Veil in Bid to Stop Attacks

Cameroon has extended a ban on full Islamic veils in parts of the country as it seeks to curb Boko Haram violence after a string of suicide bombings by female attackers.
The decision comes less than a month after two female suicide bombers wearing full veils blew themselves up on the border with Nigeria in the north, killing 11.
Then on Wednesday twin suicide bombings by two young girls killed 13 people in a market in Maroua in northern Cameroon.
The full veil is already banned in the northern and western regions of Cameroon. It is now also forbidden in the east.
The governor of the East Region chaired a security meeting Thursday that included Muslim clerics where he "announced the ban of a full veil or burqa," Cameroon Radio Television reported.
Mireille Bisseck, official spokeswoman for the western Littoral region, where the economic capital of Douala is located, told AFP that "the manufacturing, sale and wearing of the burqa" has been banned.
Bisseck said that sermons during Muslim prayers would also be subject to increased surveillance.
Northern Cameroon has been hit hard by Boko Haram attacks, and authorities fear they might spread southwards and into big cities.

What i wrote was that our religion Islam teaches us justice and that if a Muslim has opressed a non-Muslim and gotten away with it then he will pay for it on the day of judgement (just how a non-Muslim will pay for opressing a Muslimand gotten away with it). This is a rule for those who die without repenting, of course the final matter and decion for justice will be in the hands of Allah and he knows best how to set the matter right, the point is that nobody has the right to opress anyone even if were to disagree in many things. These terrorists don't seem to know this and the fact that they send out women to do their dirty work and get them to comitt suicide (major sin in Islam) and kill random people (major sin in Islam) prooves how little respect they have for the ummah who is supposed to protect women, not brainwash them into terror. Now their action has caused a ban of niqab which many Muslim women freely like to wear yet these terror groups think they are supporting Muslims? Ha!

I call upon anyone who has sympathies towards these terror groups such as isis,boko haram or others who use their methods to come to their senses. Our scholars have condemned them and identified them as khawarij. More importantly, their actions are not in accordance with the Quran and the Sunnah, they are acting how Allah and his Messenger taught us not to act. Don't fall for their propaganda and how they portray themselves as the answer to opression against Muslims by the arab regimes, Iran, shia militias, the west etc. They themselves are part of the problem.
