The two suspects charged with the murder of Major Rabih Kahil could face up to 15 years in jail, reported LBCI television on Tuesday.

Military Examining Magistrate Judge Riyad Abou Ghida issued an indictment against the two suspects on Tuesday.

If convicted, Elie and Hisham Daou could face up to 15 years in prison.

Hisham Daou was charged with opening fire at Kahil, hitting him in the leg four times.

Elie Daou is charged with interfering in the accident.

Kahil died in hospital after succumbing to the wounds sustained in the shooting that took place in Bdadoun.

The dispute erupted after the two suspects arrived in a car and asked Kahil to leave the area, although he identified himself as an army officer.

A fistfight ensued before one of the men, Hisham Daou, opened fire at Kahil from a weapon equipped with a silencer.

The diffamation technique which Ebola and FPM use is created by the Mollahs and uses in addition to Taqiyah (dissimulation) the Takhrib (attacking opponents instead of answering their arguments) and the Siahkari to defame someone (zionist, takfiri, saudi, wahhabi, da3ishi...).
This diffamation technique is revealed openly by Amir Taheri an iranian journalist. It is a proof that those who use it are under iranian command.

Dear Humble, plz wake up as you seem to comment on another news which can be explained by the blinders on your eyes preventing you to have a panoramic view!
As for the possible charge against the 2 murderers, what a shame! Should be at least a life sentence to both! God help Rabih Khalil's family.
