Israel Has 'No Intention' to Start New War against Lebanon

Firebrand Israeli Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman announced Monday that Israel has “no intention” of starting a new war against Lebanon.
"As minister of defense, I would like to clarify that we have no intention of starting a new war against our neighbors in the Gaza Strip or the West Bank, Lebanon or Syria," Lieberman told the Jerusalem-based Palestinian newspaper al-Quds.
Lieberman is part of what is seen as the most right-wing government in Israeli history.
A devastating 2006 war between Israel and Hizbullah killed about 1,200 Lebanese, mostly civilians, and about 160 Israelis, mostly soldiers.
Israeli airstrikes heavily damaged Lebanon's infrastructure, while Hizbullah fired several thousand rockets into Israel.
Israeli officials say Hizbullah's improved missile arsenal is now capable of striking virtually anywhere in Israel.

➀ for me it is the Lebanese resistance since they liberated a Lebanese land and they are Lebanese, religion isn't my forte!

➂ nobody wants to arm HA, but they put obstacle to its movements, all arabs are american stooges. the only country that was ready to arm them is Iran...HA's leaders said if any arab country is ready to do that work, they would rely on it.
➃ Iran is not my sponsor, because i'm not part of HA or the resistance, but a sympathizer.
bearing in mind that the Lebanese resistance is the only force now facing the Israeli aggarssions and occupation, and now the wahabi terrorism in Syria, because if Syria falls, Lebanon would the next.

Iran has always had problems with the Arabs, Israel since 48 also, in fact Israel and Iran have a common enemy, they should be partners, wheras Syrian regime and the Lebanese pro Iranians/Syrians could make good friends together, this might be called win/win partnership.

True, but democracy is coming to Lebanon, because the Gulf monarchies are staggering. You think France or the UK are going to protect Lebanon from its own people? They'll spend words and euros, but not lives. Example of staggering monarchy: Qatar: it used to have Al Jazeera as a magic shield; not Al Jazeera merely proclaims to the world, "Monarchy yesterday, monarchy today, monarchy forever." That's a swan song. A last hurrah.
