Opportunities are piling up in Lebanon as the country embarks on a new journey.

Held under the patronage of Prime Minister Saad Hariri, Project Lebanon will boost the country’s expanding construction and energy networks.

As Lebanon’s largest international exhibition, Project Lebanon is a unique opportunity to build partnerships with Lebanese and international public and private entities. It is the gateway to construction and energy projects not only in Lebanon, but also in the Levant and the GCC.

The Lebanese Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) is currently supervising $3.4 Billion worth of public works divided over four industries: basic services, infrastructure, productive sectors, and socioeconomic sectors.

Infrastructure is the second largest funded sector with $780 Million worth of projects under implementation.

Encouraged by the new situation in Lebanon and the positive results it is already inducing, more than 100 local and international firms from France, Italy, Turkey, Egypt, Romania, Spain, Hungary, and Greece already confirmed their participation in Project Lebanon 2017.

Securing Partnerships, Optimizing Presence, and Building International Networks

In 2016, Project Lebanon gathered more than 450 companies from 20 countries across 23,000 SQM of exhibition space. The four-day show welcomed around 21,000 visitors including local and international decision-makers and pioneers from the construction industry.

Some of the highly-anticipated features for 2017 and major highlights of 2016 include:

-The B2B Matchmaking Platform: a free service designed to ensure you meet the right partners, allowing you to create partnerships with suppliers and buyers of your choice and interests.

-Syrian Business Forum: a specialized conference to discuss the impact of the Syrian crisis on Lebanon, and the latter’s challenges, opportunities, and role in this context.

After 21 successful editions, Project Lebanon established itself as one of the region’s biggest platforms for building international construction networks.

The global partnerships established in Project Lebanon have continuously encouraged international firms and governmental associations to participate: “Project Lebanon is, for the French firms, a platform of regional opportunities and beyond… Lebanese societies are well-established in the Region and Africa, and are the ones circulating the international know-how, French and other”, said Mrs. Marie Maamari, Export Consultant with Business France in Lebanon.

Concurrent Events - Project Lebanon is held concurrently with:

Energy Lebanon – The 7th International Trade Exhibition for Power, Electrical Engineering, Alternative Energy, Lighting, HVAC, Water and Environmental Technologies.

EcOrient– The 6th International Conference for Environmental Technologies, Sustainability, and Clean Energy.
