Report: Kremlin Denies Plans to Target Hizbullah from Syria Airspace

W460

The Kremlin denied on Thursday media reports alleging that Moscow has approved the launch of Israeli operations against Hizbullah from Syria's airspace, media reports said.

A spokesman on behalf of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, stressed that the issue has not been raised in the context of the Russian and Israeli communications, they said.

Media reports had earlier quoted a source close to the Israeli prime minister alleging that Moscow would allow the Israeli warplanes to target Hizbullah from Syria's airspace.

Israeli prime minister is set to visit Moscow for talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin about security issues stemming from Iran's presence in neighboring Syria.

Benjamin Netanyahu said in a statement Wednesday that his visit is "very important" for Israel's security.

Israel has been warily watching its frontier with neighboring Syria as the civil war rages. Israel and Syria are enemies but President Bashar Assad kept the border quiet for years.

The statement said Netanyahu will express "strong objection" to the Iranian presence in Syria.

Iranian forces and the Hizbullah, both sworn enemies of Israel, are fighting on Assad's side in Syria. Russia is a strong supporter of Assad and its entry into the war helped turn the tide of the conflict in the government's favor.

Why would Israel want to attack their "border guard" and "secret ally"?

Netanyahu feels safer with ISIS and Al Nusra at Israeli borders.
They work for him.

So now we have a guy from Texas, and a self proclaimed Christian (Whom is actually a hidden salafi) to lecture us all whom got supported by Israel?

What about the Lebanese Forces for one? The ones you claim to support Saud.wahabi?
Do we have to chat about their support of Israel?

Let's not forget the U.S official Hillary Clintons email about Assad.

"The best way to help Israel deal with Iran's growing nuclear capability is to help the people of Syria overthrow the regime of Bashar Assad."

Lol, your source is the Apricity? A neo-Nazi forum?

I agree that Nassrallah is hiding something: why does't he put the Shia masses into the Lebanese street to demand the end of Article 24's set-aside of half of the Parliament to Christians? But the GCC has shown it is willing to launch ISIS and at the same time help NATO attack it. Not too much, just a little. Now with Trump, everything is unstable. Probably Bibi's attack on Hezbullah in Syria would be the end of Israel. Israel after all is a suicide cult. It's only a matter of when they'll drink the Kool-Aid. When the Congressman flies in to check, they drink the Kool-Aid. Trump is the Congressman.

Lol, yeah, that's why they bomb Hezbollah and Syrian forces every other week, never the insurgents, and why they treat the latter in their hospitals.

Thumb gigahabib 09 March 2017, 23:26

Ah, yeah, that's why the Americans didn't strike ISIS convoys when they travelled over vast desert form Iraq to Palmyra...

Sounds more like the relationship between the Syrian government and the Muslim Brotherhood before 2011.

Those are some long-ass posts. Who used to do this, Texas?
