5 Arrested after Army Patrol Shot at in Dar al-Wasaa
An army patrol came under gunfire Tuesday in the Baalbek district town of Dar al-Wasaa, state-run National News Agency reported.
The attack prompted troops to respond in kind, which resulted in the wounding of a gunman and the arrest of five others, NNA said.
The detainees were transferred to a military barracks for interrogation.
Voice of Lebanon radio (93.3) identified the detainees as Haidar Ali Jaafar, Mohammed Ali Rashid Jaafar, Ali Merhej Jaafar, Jalal Mohammed Jaafar and Youssef Ali Jaafar, saying the army has sent reinforcements to Dar al-Wasaa to pursue fugitives wanted over kidnap operations and others wanted in connection with the 2014 murder of Sobhi and Nadimeh Fakhri.
Anti-Hezbollah propagandists (takfiris or israelis, they're so similar nowadays it's hard to differentiate) will try to associate these criminals with Hezbollah on purely sectarian basis, but at the same time, they will accuse the army of complicity with Hezbollah.
So tell me trolls, if these criminals are hezbollah, and if the army is complicit with Hezbollah, how can the army arrest them?
lol @mowateh
the stuff that you iranian troll post here on a daily basis, however, would be reason enough to have you hanged. especially the sectarian incitement and hate mongering!
you belong in a deep pit. filthy iranian agent

Hezbollah has to approve every army/security appointee. When it comes to its areas such as Dahieh, Baalbaeck, Hermel, etc. they name the appointee and it must be approved otherwise there will be consequences.
These appointees owe their whole careers and fortunes to hezbollah and its illegal drug and arms trade. When there is a planned raid for media effect on Nouh Zoaiter's house or houses, these officers in the army alert him and he vanishes.
My uncle is a high ranking officer in the LAF and he makes no secret of his knowledge on how this farce goes.
spare us your fake support to the lebanese army ya mooowaten the wati... one who pledged allegiance to the iranian revolution hardly qualifies as a true lebanese....
one who believes in the lebanese army would accept to be placed under its orders not orders from tehran...and hand them their arsenal and expertise....
_mowaten_
zoaiters have nothing to do with the resistance. only in your sectarian mind are they "the same" because they are of the same sect.
but
In an interview for Al-Jadeed TV, notorious Lebanese drug dealer Nouh Zeitar tells about his business and his loyalty toward Hezbollah. Speaking about his relations with the Party of God, he said proudly that they are “the shield of the resistance…the one who protect Hezbollah, and the people who are armed most by (our connection) with Hezbollah“.
