Hizbullah chief Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah has reportedly described Prime Minister Saad Hariri's shock resignation as “Saudi madness.”

“What happened is Saudi madness and we will await the coming days,” al-Jadeed TV quoted Nasrallah as telling hundreds of leaders of the Hizbullah-affiliated Resistance Brigades during a closed-door meeting.

“I do not foresee an imminent war and the next war will be fateful and decisive,” Nasrallah added.

Hizbullah's media department had announced Saturday that Nasrallah “will make a televised address tomorrow, Sunday at 6:00 pm to comment on PM Saad Hariri’s resignation and the latest political developments.”

Hariri announced Saturday that he was stepping down, citing Iran's "grip" on Lebanon and what he called threats to his life.

In a speech broadcast from Saudi Arabia by the Al-Arabiya news network, Hariri accused Tehran of "creating a state within the state... to the extent that it gets the final say on how Lebanon's affairs are run."

"Iran has a grip on the fate of the region's countries," Hariri said. "Hizbullah is Iran's arm not just in Lebanon but in other Arab countries too," he added.

Everyone that lives in Lebanon wants harmony, but the outsiders wants chaos.
That is how it is, and you are all outsiders you commentators on Naharnet anyway.

Not even An Nahar staff are happy about these events, because they live in Lebanon and they want stability.

The day this iranian sectarian terrorist is brutally and violently murdered is the day we celebrate our true independence.

aoun and hezbollah assumed the presidential settlement that led to aoun's election meant they have carte blanche to rule the country uncontested with Bassil acting as the actual president on internal affairs and hezbollah on foreign and strategic. Hariri found himself being told what to do as expected. I guess everybody knew this was going to happen except Hariri himself.

Mystic shall now be referred to as "Mr. Harmony". Now it seems he likes to manipulate the definition of harmony to his own little terms. He's nothing more than an Iranian implant, and as usual by threats he tries to get his childish ways. Hijack anymore Christian family names lately Mr. Harmony?
