Saudi Arabia "will not interfere" in the upcoming parliamentary elections and it is only concerned with Lebanon's stability, MP Ammar Houry of al-Mustaqbal bloc said on Sunday.

"It is concerned with Lebanon's stability and alleviating tensions and it will not interfere in other issues," Houry said in a TV interview.

He also reassured that Prime Minister Saad Hariri's relation with the kingdom is "good" and that his "popularity" in Lebanon has increased.
