Jumblat Slams Israel Raids on Gaza: Murderer Regimes are Alike

Progressive Socialist Party leader MP Walid Jumblat on Tuesday called on the Palestinian people to “hold on to their rights and to continue the struggle,” condemning the policies of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and describing him as “an expert in bloodletting.”

“Netanyahu – who is an expert in bloodletting – is pouring out all his wrath on besieged Gaza after he failed to market his idea about a military strike against Iran,” Jumblat said in a communiqué issued by the PSP.

Israel and Palestinian factions in Gaza began observing an Egyptian-brokered truce on Tuesday after four days of violence, which officials on both sides warned could flare up again.

The ceasefire was holding after more than 72 hours of cross-border fighting in which 25 Palestinians were killed and 200 rockets were fired at Israel.

Jumblat noted that the Israeli airstrikes were aimed at “frustrating the inter-Palestinian national reconciliation” between the Islamist Hamas Movement which rules Gaza and the secular Fatah Movement led by Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.

The Druze leader stressed that reconciliation remains “the cornerstone for the path of the Palestinian national struggle.”

In an indirect attack against Syria, Jumblat said there was “resemblance between regimes that have practiced for decades and is still practicing mass murder, political assassinations and physical liquidation, and regimes practicing a policy of collective punishment against the entire Palestinian people and committing mass murders and systematic assassinations against the Palestinian leaders.”

“The frequent Israeli adventures will not prevent the steadfast Palestinian people from continuing its struggle for the sake of achieving its legitimate rights,” Jumblat added.

He stressed that the Palestinian people “is aware of its national interest and the means to maintain its struggle more than anyone else, in a manner that does not allow the Palestinian cause to be exploited … by regimes in the region seeking to serve their interests.”

Mr JUMP_A_LOT, you should tolerate your bad brother so you can face the bad outsider for now. Instead you are trying to save face and talk it up.

People of Israel need to get rid of this Zionist regime, it is not any different than the Syrian regime, murderer isolator kill its own people and illiusinist. The reality of middle east is Christian, Jews, Islam including minorities it is a mixed religions and cultures, always been like this the entire time in past and future. Wrong who think it is just Islam, Wrong who think it is just Jews and wrong who think that is Just Christian. The Zionist are wrong isolating you from the people of the region, who you share blood with the most.

Muhamda.
To compare between Israel and Syria showing that you understand nothing.
When did Israel killed its own people or even the Palestinian?
How many Palestinian did Israel kill these days in Gaza?
Can you imagine what would have happen to Lebanon for example if from its territory, mortars and rockets would have been shot to Syria.
Lebanon would have count its dead by tens of thousands.
So any comparison between Syria to Israel showing lack of understanding or your brain washed head.

What happen Walid? your after supporting for years your friend Bashar Assad ? now when he shows his real face you jump from one tree to the other? where were you when your friends from Islamic Jihad targeted day by day school children in Israel shooting mortars and rockets? we did not hear your voice then. Israeli children's blood no cheaper from yours.
At least we target the people who were involved in the shooting and not like your friend Bashar who was slaughtering women and babies.
So go find another tree to climb on.

The beik is feeling his mustaches for the last time before he plucks them one hair at a time and bangs his head against a stone until all the coconut juice comes out. The other coconut, Geagea, is right behind him.

Murderer regimes are alike. True. But murderer militias are not always alike. Who murdered and displaced more Christians than Jumblat in Lebanon?
