Vehicle of Dekwaneh Municipal Chief Torched

Unknown assailants torched the parked vehicle of the municipal chief of the Metn town of Dekwaneh, Antoine Shakhtoura, outside his house at dawn Wednesday, the National News Agency reported.
NNA said that cameras installed in the area showed two men throwing a combustible material on the vehicle shortly after Shakhtoura’s arrival at his house.
The car immediately went up in flames, it added.
“If this was a political message, then it was unacceptable,” Shakhtoura told Voice of Lebanon (93.3). “And if it was because of my performance as head of municipality, then no one can prevent me from continuing from work because everyone knows my performance in the municipality and in fighting crime.”
“I was most probably monitored by four or five people to carry out the operation,” he said.
Shakhtoura urged the Internal Security Forces to arrest the culprits, saying he already filed a lawsuit.

yesterday fpmers under this guys orders beat up 2 guys and their mother and smashed their car in the area, just because they are LF.
he deserves what happened for sure :)
when someone wants to be a thug, let him and others like him not forget that others can do the same. in life whenever you start something expect that others can retaliate.
fpmers are pushing everyone to the edge, they need to understand this is not the way of doing things.

Antoine shaktoura is the worst mayor in metn, he is abusing his position big time, he deserves more because he is destroying people lively hood in dekwaneh, meshyin 3ala el salbata w 3ala rashewa, in addition, to that he is recruiting "Zo3ran Rass el dekwaneh" in the municipality.
He and mokhtar el dekweneh are mafias, bass domage inno ibrahim kenaan and michel el murr protects and covers for them to do that kind of behavior.
the way i see it it is better nowadays to make mayor than a member Parliament

The Phalangist forces launched a surprise attack on the Tigers, a 500-man militia that was the armed force of the National Liberal Party of ex-Lebanese President Camille Chamoun. The attack was supposed to be conducted at around 4:00 a.m., but in order to spare the life of Camille's son and commander of the Tigers Dany Chamoun, the attack was postponed to 10:00 a.m. to make sure that Dany left for Fakra. The attack claimed the lives of roughly 83 people.
Prior to the attack, Camille Chamoun decided to disarm the militia in order to avoid further bloodshed from both the Phalangists and the Tigers.
So there was no kids in safra massacre and we all know those tigers what did they do so they deserve this !
