The accusatory committee of Beirut overruled on Wednesday a recent court order to release one of the attackers against al-Jadeed television, instead deciding to keep him in custody.
Judge Nada Dakroub overruled Beirut Examining Magistrate Judge Ghassan Owaidat’s decision, which called for keeping Wissam Alaeddine under judicial supervision.
He had also ordered that his passport be confiscated.
Alaeddine is charged with attempted murder and the possession of weapons.
Last week, unknown gunmen attacked al-Jadeed television's headquarters in the Beirut neighborhood of Wata el-Msaytbeh, opening fire on the building, hurling Molotov bombs and setting fire to tires.
Alaeddine was detained at the scene after his clothes caught fire.
Him and his associates in crime must be stopped, tried, charged and imprisoned. The TV cams have ample footage of the crime and there should be no escaping. Under the law there is no more Ashrafel Ness. The hatred for HA and Amal supported aggressions is growing and the same thing goes for what remains in support for them both. The tide will turn, whether we like it or not, the tide will turn and it will turn against the Ashrafel Ness and their Christian lackeys. The only relative buffer of safety for them will be if they can understand that they can no longer live above the law.
Well, at least we know that judge Oweidat is a corrupt thug belonging himself to some kind of organised crime association. nichkor allah inno ba3id fi nes like judge Dakroub.
He is a saint fighting the zionist ennemy who infiltrated inside the heart of Beirut.
Dakroub needs to watch herself, history proved that any courageous political or non-political figure were eventually assassinated and paid the expensive price for being loyal to a real country versus a farm, righteous and courageous
the story is not over, they will release him likr the murderer of officer Samer Hanna
