Suleiman, Miqati Extend Eid Greetings through Hopes of Unity and Stability

President Michel Suleiman and Prime Minister Najib Miqati hoped on Sunday that Eid al-Fitr would unite Muslims in Lebanon and lead to the country’s stability.
In a statement issued by his press office, Suleiman extended his greetings to the Lebanese in general and Muslims in particular on the occasion of the Eid.
He hoped the holiday would lead to the “country’s stability and prosperity.”
Miqati’s office also said that the prime minister telephoned Vice President of the Higher Islamic Shiite Council Sheikh Abdul Amir Qabalan and Shiite cleric Sayyed Ali Fadlallah to extend his greetings.
During the phone conversations, Miqati hoped that the Eid would “consolidate Islamic unity in Lebanon.”
The prime minister attended Eid prayers at Mohammed al-Amin mosque in downtown Beirut.
Lebanon’s Muslims, both Sunnis and Shiites, marked on Sunday the beginning of the Eid al-Fitr holiday, which follows the holy month of Ramadan.

Mr President, It isn't the Muslims that are creating a strife, it's the weapons held by a military faction that happen to be Muslim. Moreover, the so-called Muslims hijacked Allah's name, labelled him with a Kalashnikov to preach hatred and violence (not very Muslim btw). Stop implying it's a Sunni-Shia Strife, it isn't.

Mansour, thw prophet mohammad (saw) is innocent of all the evil you and your fellow children of satan attribute to him. It was the pagans that attacked, terrorised and tortured the muslims at his (saw) time and he migrated because of that with the muslims and waited patiently until God gave him permission to self defence. Mansour. This is immature what you are saying. Islam is a good religion. The problem is that a lot of moslems bring a lot of children, hence end up poor. And poor people are easy preys to do the agenda of anyone who has money be it bandar bin sultan or iran or qatar. Hence they appear as bad people while they are individually much more human than a lot of nonmoslems.

And that is only some of the terrorism that exists in the bible, both the OT and the NT. Regarding your rude question about ramadan and eid. Ramadan is the month we fast and eid el fitr is the feast we celebrate after ramadan ends. Now tell us about christmas? Why do you celebrate your so called God's birthday on that day when NONE of you know the day christ the prophet (pbuh), not the son of god, was born? Oh and if we are to believe you regarding the bible, that its peaceful and what not (which clearly it isent), then how do you justify calling for civil war and death upon pepole? Dont get me wrong, i know that christianity is a violent religion, but your trying to present it as peaceful while at the same time calling for death and war upon syrians.

You cant have it both ways, either you admit your not a good christian (according to the peaceful christianity you claim it is) or your a good christian in the sence that you completly endorse the violence, terrorism and torture which exists in your altered bible in which case you must admit christianity is not what you lied about.
