Just form the Cabinet according to the constitution and let the black shirted ones demonstrate their disregard to the rules one more time. With every occurrence more and more Lebanese will get to see their true face clearer.
Stop being spineless and demonstrate resolve.

NostraHelicopter, Drs. Arteena Satleh, the followers of Dr. Arreet 7akeh who gave Salam the ultimatum that EXPIRED THREE FRIDAYS AGO to just form the cabinet or go back to mommy dearest (I am not sure if you noticed that when the doc blabbers his tarsha2et fall on deaf ears like a load of bull), are in March 14 alright, but not all March 14 are Drs. Arteena Satleh. It is true that they are doctors, too, but they are Drs. Arteena Hableh.

M14 don't have enough votes without Jumblat to "form" a Cabinet. Even if they come up with a line-up, and the President approves it, it will not pass in Parliament.
However, even if it does not get the vote of confidence in Parliament, it will replace the current outgoing government, but will have limited powers like Mikati's government.
Not sure this is useful for M14.
