Syrian Mortar Rounds Hit Outskirts of Lebanese Villages

It might be laughable to you..... But we Lebanese just want to cry out of despair when we see such things.

It is not laughable to me - it is saddening to see the actions of one of the presumably leaders of Lebanon neglecting his duty time after time.
