Arab Tawhid Party leader Wiam Wahhab humorously tried Wednesday to slap a person's neck during a live broadcast.
The incident happened after the pro-Damascus ex-minister held talks with Speaker Nabih Berri at his headquarters in Ain el-Tineh.
Media reports identified Wahhab's victim as parliament's media adviser Mohammed Ballout.
Wahhab and the reporters who were interviewing him break in laughter as the politician follows Ballout and hits his back after trying to reach his neck.
