Emergency Cabinet Meeting Sunday to Review COVID-19 Response
Lebanon’s Cabinet will hold an “emergency” meeting on Sunday and the Higher Defense Council will convene afterwards to review the state’s ongoing response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
The Cabinet will convene at Baabda Palace at 3:00 p.m., while the Higher Defense Council is to meet at 5:30 p.m. at the same location.
The government is reportedly set to give new guidance to limit the spread of the virus with Lebanon recording 93 cases on Saturday.
