Raad Says ‘Third War’ Remarks Don’t Reflect Israel’s True Will
Head of Hizbullah’s Loyalty to Resistance bloc, MP Mohammed Raad, said Monday in a radio interview that “the Israeli bravados and statements about an upcoming third war on Lebanon do not reflect an Israeli will, neither from the government nor from the public.”
He added that these bellicose statements rather indicate “a hostile intention from the countries supporting the Israeli enemy.”
Raad considered that the Israeli government “is incapable of waging a war on Lebanon” and that the Israeli public is “too cowardly to face the resistance in an upcoming war.”
He also pointed out that PM-designate Saad Hariri “tried to coexist with a (parliamentary) majority opposed to his project, but was defeated later on by his (foreign) masters."
