Hezbollah to defend Ali al-Taher by all means, MP says
Hezbollah will defend Ali al-Taher against Israel by all means possible and will not relinquish the strategic hill, Hezbollah MP Hassan Ezzeddine vowed Tuesday, adding that the group welcomes any Iranian assistance.
Ezzeddine said Iran has established the Dahieh deterrence equation and could do the same in Ali al-Taher.
He criticized the "shameful and humiliating" framework agreement between Lebanon and Israel and threatened to take to the streets when the right time comes.
Ezzeddine said Hezbollah has good relations with Turkey and that Turkey is leading an initiative to reconcile the group with the new Syrian regime.
